Semi-automatic vacuum skin pack machine.
The vertical VSP machine is a semi-automatic machine that needs to be loaded with durian pulp. Operators then put the trays into mold cavities. The machine will automatically vacuum, trim the film, and move out finished trays. The next step, operators take finished packs from cavities and replace them with new trays for another cycle.

Durian season is coming up and you’re anxious to pre-order your favorite flavor. This year, why not try an inline VSP machine? Unlike a vertical machine, inline VSPs are specifically for pre-made trays. This machine is much more convenient and has a much higher budget (4 times as expensive as a vertical VSP). All you have to do is put the durian pulp in the tray and then place the completed tray onto the conveyor belt. The machine stays still. A vacuum sucks the air out of the chamber, cutting the film to size. The machine then moves forward into the next chamber, which is then sealed. The machine then repeats this process until it runs out of film. A second operator is required at the other end of the machine to collect the completed packs.
